2. Purpose
These sales terms explain the rules applicable to the purchase of courses, programs, educational services, and digital materials offered by Cloud French. By purchasing a service or product on our website, the client accepts these terms.
3. Services Offered
Cloud French offers, among others:
- online French courses;
- intensive programs;
- live classes;
- PDF learning materials;
- homework and exercises;
- targeted vocabulary practice;
- listening and reading comprehension exercises;
- TEF and TCF preparation.
Cloud French provides educational services only. Cloud French does not guarantee a specific TEF or TCF score, an immigration result, employment, or automatic achievement of a specific language level.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website before order confirmation. Payment must be completed before accessing the purchased program, course, or material. Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or mandatory charges are indicated before payment confirmation, where applicable.
5. Order Confirmation
After payment, the client receives a confirmation by email or through the platform used by Cloud French. This confirmation may include:
- the purchased service;
- the amount paid;
- the program start date;
- course access information;
- details on how materials will be delivered.
6. Access to Courses and Materials
Courses may be delivered via Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, or any other platform chosen by Cloud French. Learning materials may be sent by email, via Google Classroom, Google Drive, or another platform. Course links, PDF documents, recordings, and materials are reserved exclusively for the personal use of the enrolled student.
7. Cancellation by the Student
If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must contact Cloud French by email. Absences from classes do not automatically entitle the student to a refund. Where recordings or materials are available, they may be provided to the student to help make up for a missed class.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to the following policy:
- if the request is made before the program begins, a full or partial refund may be offered;
- if the program has already started, the refund may be limited;
- classes already attended are generally non-refundable;
- digital materials already sent or downloaded are generally non-refundable;
- if Cloud French cancels a paid program and does not offer an acceptable alternative, a refund may be provided.
This policy applies subject to mandatory consumer rights in the student's province, territory, or country of residence.
9. Changes or Cancellations by Cloud French
Cloud French may modify a class schedule, replace a teacher, reschedule a session, or cancel a program if necessary. In the event of a cancellation by Cloud French, an alternative solution may be offered: rescheduling, replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
10. Student Obligations
The student agrees to:
- respect teachers and other students;
- not share course links;
- not share, sell, or publish Cloud French materials;
- not record classes without authorization;
- have a sufficient internet connection to attend online classes.
11. Intellectual Property
All Cloud French materials, including PDFs, exercises, videos, recordings, texts, presentations, and educational resources, are protected. They are provided solely for the student's personal learning. Any copying, resale, publication, distribution, or sharing without written authorization is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Cloud French offers French language teaching and linguistic preparation services. Cloud French does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or any official service related to the TEF or TCF exams. Cloud French cannot guarantee a specific score, immigration decision, admission, employment, or any specific personal outcome.
